Important qualities of an outstanding educator essay

Whether writing, speaking or using computers, communication skills are essential in virtually any job. These skills often are the result of upbringing and education but are fundamental to most businesses. Improving these skills is vital to becoming a successful employee. It’s especially important when trying to communicate ideas to improve your company’s performance. As the website “Speed Up Career” reports, “A good idea is of no worth if you cannot explain it properly to both your team and the manager.”

It’s difficult to tease out the factors that make one group of people an effective team and another, equally talented group of people a dysfunctional one; well-functioning, successful teams usually have chemistry that can’t be quantified. They seem to get into a virtuous cycle in which one good quality builds on another. Team members develop mutual respect; because they respect one another, they develop trust; because they trust one another, they share difficult information; because they all have the same, reasonably complete information, they can challenge one another’s conclusions coherently; because a spirited give-and-take becomes the norm, they learn to adjust their own interpretations in response to intelligent questions.

8. Giving back. It is important to understand how lucky we are, as entrepreneurs, to do what we love. When you are appreciative of what you have accomplished and then take a step back to see what you can do to give back, it gives you a feeling like no other. My company helps several 501(c)(3) organizations with their nonprofit marketing each year. Helping several nonprofits that support causes I believe in is a great feeling. “ You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want, ” said Zig Ziglar.

I'ma give a couple personal & ironic examples of how acting to meet each others desires can be beneficial, regarding visual appearance.... 1) After being together for 8 years my wife has finally started habitually dressing down after coming home from work; when wearing a work uniform. I've encouraged this for two reasons. One being that she looks masculine in her work uniform, which is understandably unappealing to me. And the other being that one of the things I find attractive is athleticism (fitness oriented individuals). She just recently learned the benefits of wearing athleisure attire: it's a turn-on for her mate, and it's insanely comfortable (bonus, she exercises more too). 2) My wife likes men, which is normal, but when she shops she has a tendency to prefer clothing that make her look more masculine--she finds such clothes more visually appealing. I find myself often suggesting that perhaps she's not the best judge of what makes 'her' visually appealing, considering the facts that she's not actually trying to attract women--and she's a woman, and that her mate doesn't find men attractive. -- my assumption is that there are possibly a lot of people out there dressing more for themselves, and less for those who have to look at them, or those they desire to attract. My opinion has always been, dress so you are comfortable (material, size, temperature), but choose styles with purpose (stand out, attract a/your mate, compliment your form, suit a function). It's not exactly selfless, nor selfish, it's balanced (and I do it too).
